Pre-Payment Options

Please take advantage of the options to prepay your student's meal accounts. Prepaid meal accounts help the lunch lines go faster and gives students more time to eat, relax, and play. It also gives you the peace of mind of not having to worry about looking for lunch money every day or worry that it might get lost, stolen or used for other things other than lunch.

K-12 Lunch Pre-Pay Information

Wilkes County Schools participates in the online prepay payment plan for our food services. Management of this service is done online or through the mobile app. To create an account and prepay meals, visit https://www.k12paymentcenter.com/.
 
Through this service, you get:
  • quick and easy access to your student's meal account 24 hours a day, seven days a week;
  • the ability to pay for multiple students' accounts with one single payment;
  • the ability to look up your students' account balances at any time from any internet-connected device;
  • the ability to see 90 calendar days of purchases and payments;
  • automated notifications, via email, when account balances fall below a set amount; and
  • peace of mind knowing that your money is being used for good nutrition.

Online payments are a simple, safe and secure way to make payments to your students account 24 hours a day at your convenience.


Send Check or Cash

You can always bring money personally or send it with your student. Please place it in an envelope marked clearly with your student's name, their ID #, their teacher's name, the $ amount and the check #. Turn in prepaid deposits to the cafeteria cashier(s) or school office.
